Race Day is different from any other training video because you're placed in an actual race, riding alongside former US Postal Pro Robbie Ventura at race pace. Explosive efforts and high-intensity are the core of Race Day, with an innovative dashboard that displays Ventura's heart rate, intervals spent at different perceived intensities, power output, and cadence. More than 30 minutes of bonus material includes coaching and racing tips, behind the scenes interviews and footage. The DVD allows you to customize your training session, choosing among warm-up and warm-down options. You can select between Ventura's on-bike or post-race commentary audio and turn music off if you want to listen to your own tunes.
